Author Guidelines

 

LETTER TYPES AND PAPER SIZES
The font in this article is Times New Roman, size 14pt (except article title). Meanwhile, the paper size is A4, with a top margin of 3 cm, a bottom margin of 2.5 cm, a left margin of 3 cm, and a right margin of 2 cm.

COLLECTION ENGINEERING

Citation is made in the APA Style 6th edition format.

ARTICLE TITLE

The article title is written in Times New Roman 11 letters, Space 1, in capital letters and in bold.

AUTHOR NAME, AFFILIATES, AND CORRESPONDENT ADDRESS

Author name, affiliation, and email address for correspondence are written consecutively in three lines with a font size of 10 pt, centered. The author's name and correspondence address should be in bold. Addresses for correspondence are also in italics. If there is more than one author, the names of the second and subsequent authors are written on the line below.

ABSTRACT

Abstract (Berbahasa Inggris)

The abstract consists briefly of the description on the problems, objectives, method, and result of research. Then, conclusion and suggestions are made as short as possible with no more than 75 – 150 words. Special for the abstract section, please use left margin of 4,5 cm, top margin of 3,5 cm, right. The single spacing should be used between lines in this article. If aerticle is written in indonesian, the abstract should be typed in Indonesian and English. Meanwhile, if article is written in English, the abstract should be typed in English only. The abstract should be typed as concise as possible and should be composed of: problem stament, method, scientific finding results, and short conclusion. The abstract should only be typed in one paragraph and one-column format. (italic)


KEYWORDS

Keywords are a list of words contained in the Abstract that reflect the research, separated by semicolons (;)

PRELIMINARY

The introduction should be written aligned right and left spaces 1. The introduction must contain (in order) a general background, a previous literature review (state of the art) as the basis for a statement of scientific novelty from the article, a statement of scientific novelty, and a research problem or hypothesis. At the end of the introduction, the purpose of the article is to be written. In the scientific article format, there is no literature review as in research reports, but it is manifested in the form of a previous literature review (state of the art) to show the scientific novelty of the article.

RESEARCH METHODS

The research method is written just right-left space 1. The method used in problem-solving such as qualitative methods, quantitative methods, literature study methods, and interpretation methods. The method used to answer the research question must be described in detail along with the stages in the research being carried out.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

Results and discussion are written in alignment left and right space 1. Results and discussion contain the results of research findings and discussion. Write down the findings obtained from the results of the research that has been carried out and must be supported by adequate data. Research results and findings should be able to answer the questions or research hypotheses in the introduction. Also carry out a discussion or discussion of the results found by comparing existing opinions, views, or research findings, both contradictory and by the results of the research conducted above. If the results and discussion section requires a description of the sub-sections, then the writing of the subtitles must use capital letters at the beginning of each word, except for conjunctions, as shown below.

CONCLUSION

The conclusion is written just right-left space 1. The conclusion describes the answer to the hypothesis and/or research objectives or findings obtained. The conclusion does not contain an iteration of the results and discussion, but rather a summary of the findings as expected in the goal or hypothesis. Suggestions present things that will be done with further ideas from the research. Conclusions are presented in one paragraph.

RECOMMENDATION (OPTIONAL)

Recommendations are written in the alignment of right and left spaces 1. Recommendations contain implications and suggestions put forward by the authors relating to the findings of the study.

REFERENCES

All references referred to in the article must be listed in the Bibliography section. A bibliography must contain references derived from primary sources (scientific journals and a minimum of 60% of the total bibliography) published in the last 10 (ten) years. Each article contains at least 10 (ten) bibliographies of reference.

The bibliography should use a reference management application such as Mendeley, Zotero, etc. The writing format used in the Teologi Cultivation Journal is under the sixth edition of the APA Style writing guide. The bibliography is written in a single space.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist
